We learn to see the Divine in everything, bring light to the shadows, and cultivate more compassion for all aspects of ourselves and others.

What Happens in The Miracle Circle?

Each session begins with a guided prayer and meditation.

Then we explore spiritual teachings from various nondual sources, like A Course in Miracles, Advaita Vedanta, the Bhagavad Gita and Yogic philosophy.

We end with live Q&A to help you integrate these teachings into your daily life.

What is Nondualism?

Nondualism is the recognition that everything is Divine and nothing is separate. We are One with the Infinite Divine Intelligence that creates worlds and whose very nature is Love. All division is illusion and only Love is real.

Hi, I'm Sophia.

My spiritual path began in 2011 when my dad became a hypnotherapist and started teaching me how my subconscious thoughts were shaping my reality. At the time, I was struggling with debilitating anxiety and feeling really disempowered in my skin. What he taught me opened a door, and I began to see that healing was possible.

Since then, I’ve been committed to a path of deep healing to overcome my anxiety and reconnect with my spirit. This journey has included facing and healing alcohol addiction, doing trauma work, and learning to live on a spiritual basis rooted in love and trust.

Along the way, I’ve immersed myself in spiritual psychology, decoding the subconscious mind, shadow integration, A Course in Miracles, Vedic and yogic wisdom, masculine/feminine energetics and more. All of these teachings have helped me tremendously shift my relationship with anxiety, reconnect to love, and live in my power.

I’ve been working in spiritual business and coaching since 2018, supporting others in aligning their work with their spirit, deepening their spiritual connection, and creating more harmony and purpose in their lives.
