We were created in Love, but most of the world has forgotten

 

Most of the world is dominated by the ego, a collective illusion rooted in fear, separation, and survival.

The problem isn’t the ego itself.

It’s that most of us were never taught how to integrate it.
Suppressing this side of our nature only makes it louder.
To return to unconditional love, we must bring our shadows into the light.

 

In this space, we study A Course in Miracles, Advaita Vedanta, Shadow Work, and Spiritual Psychology to give you the tools, support, and spiritual perspective to reconnect with the Divine Powers of Unconditional Love.

 

How it works?

This is a donation based space, open to all.
We meet on Tuesdays at 5pm PST for 75 minutes.


Once you sign up, you’ll receive access to our Google Meet link.
It’s the same link every week, and we’ll also send it out in an email the day of each meeting as a reminder.


Each session begins with a guided meditation and prayer to open the heart and attune to divine presence. From there, we read a passage from A Course in Miracles, then open the space for conversation, questions, and support, focusing on how to apply the material to your real life.


Donations are collected on the call.

Who is Sophia?

Hi, I’m Sophia.

My spiritual path started in 2011 when my dad became a hypnotherapist and NLP trainer. At the time, I was struggling with severe anxiety, and for the first time, I began to understand how my subconscious thoughts were shaping my reality.

I started seeing a hypnotherapist at 16, and I began to witness that healing was possible. But that was just the beginning.

In 2017, I hit a breaking point with alcohol addiction. I found myself in a 12-step program where I began healing deep emotional trauma and got sober from alcohol in 2018. Through that path, I learned how to live on a spiritual basis, to ease my anxiety, release fear, and navigate life with more confidence, peace, and trust. I realized that my mind had become a prison, and what I was truly missing was a connection with an All-Loving Higher Power.

Since then, I’ve been on a deep journey of spiritual healing and study, shadow work, trauma healing, polyvagal theory, yoga philosophy, quantum and spiritual psychology, A Course in Miracles, and Vedic wisdom.

I’ve worked in the world of business and coaching since 2018. At the core of everything I do is a devotion to Divine Unconditional Love.

I’ve helped dozens of people deepen their spiritual path, build businesses connected to their purpose, and step into the next chapter of their lives with more clarity, confidence, and self-worth.
