Returning to Oneness

The sacred texts teach us that we are one with God, that God is love, that we were created in love. But the mind forgets and falls into the illusion of separation. We are here to return to the Truth and reconnect with our Divine Power & Infinite Love.

What to Expect Inside:

We begin each gathering with a short prayer & meditation, followed by a reading, then open the space for group discussion, reflection, and spiritual insight on how to apply the teachings to your everyday life.

Anything on your heart is welcome. We work with the nondualistic teachings of A Course in Miracles, The Bhagavad Gita, The Upanishads, shadow integration, and spiritual psychology to connect with Truth and find solutions to everyday life situations grounded in Love.

Hi, I'm Sophia.

My spiritual path began in 2011 when my dad became a hypnotherapist and started teaching me how my subconscious thoughts were shaping my reality. At the time, I was struggling with debilitating anxiety and feeling really disempowered in my skin. What he taught me opened a door, and I began to see that healing was possible.

Since then, I’ve been committed to a path of deep healing to overcome my anxiety and reconnect with my spirit. This journey has included facing and healing alcohol addiction, doing trauma work, and learning to live on a spiritual basis rooted in love and trust.

Along the way, I’ve immersed myself in spiritual psychology, decoding the subconscious mind, shadow integration, A Course in Miracles, and Vedic and yogic wisdom. All of these teachings have helped me tremendously shift my relationship with anxiety, reconnect to love, and live in my power.

I’ve been working in spiritual business and coaching since 2018, supporting others in aligning their work with their spirit, deepening their spiritual connection, and creating more harmony and purpose in their lives.
